Privacy Policy

The Personal details you provide during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence.  We take every precaution to protect your information.  When you submit information via our website, by email, or in person, this information is protected both online and off-line and is not shared with 3rd parties.  All hard copies of data is kept within locked filing cabinets. All computerised data is kept secure using password protection.  Photographs are coded (no names are used).

This data is necessary to receive a treatment which is tailored to you.  Keeping a record of treatment ensures the best possible results and allows a smooth continuation of the treatment should another therapist take over.  The data stored is only for this purpose.  Only relevant members of staff have access to the treatment records.  You can ask to access the data we hold on you by emailing the clinic.

For legal reasons, client treatment information is kept for 6 years from their last appointment after which time it is securely shredded.
